Job Responsibilities:

This role involves the responsibility for managing and processing online orders

  • Routine daily packing, together with associated customer service
  • Respond to routine customer enquiries 
  • Handle all returns, organizing replacements or refunds as necessary and keep accurate records of items returned
  • Manage stock levels 
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized stock storage system
  • Be present in Instagram / Facebook live

    ADMINISTRATIVE & PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Full time)

    Job Responsibilities:

    This role involves the responsibility of handling general office tasks and administrative duties

    • Directing communications between colleagues & customers
    • Organizing schedules and events
    • Entering data & bookkeeping
    • Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, and ensure teams have everything they need to succeed
    • Maintain a tidy and well-organized stock storage system
    • Work closely and provide general assistance to the director of the company
    • Liaising with suppliers
    • Perform any ad-hoc matters that may be assigned

    What we are looking for

    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
    • Computer literate & proficient in MS Office and MS Excel

      GRAPHIC DESIGNER & SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT (Full time)

      Job Responsibilities:

      This role involves the responsibility for managing all social media channels

      • Develop designs across all mediums: websites, emails, landing pages, brochures, social media, banner ads, advertisements, guide books, fliers, folders and infographic
      • When needed, interact with print vendors to create print-ready files and manage print process
      • Identify and create new trends, fabrics, techniques and seeking design inspiration.
      • Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
      • Analyzing social media trends, stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
      • Good copywriting & design skills to ensure content is informative and appealing
      • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

      What we are looking for

      • Has an experience with graphic design and design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
      • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, other social media best practices, great understanding of SEO & web traffic metrics
      • Ability to write and create catchy content.
      • Great interpersonal and communication skills
