What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

Delivery charges within Malaysia depends on our local courier service, Poslaju. You will know the cost, once you have completed your order. Delivery charges depend on the weight of the parcel. 

How long does it take to deliver my parcel?

We understand our customer's enthusiasm in expecting the arrival of your beloved shawls. Therefore, you can expect the shawls to arrive at your doorstep within five (5) working days time, for Peninsula Malaysia with exception on weekends and public holidays. As for Sabah and Sarawak it may take an extra day or two.

If customers do not receive their order within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@diyanahalik.com to track your order. 

Has my order been shipped yet?

An email will be sent to your registered email address to inform you regarding the current status of you order.

Once the order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience to track your parcel's whereabouts.

Orders are processed on within three (3) working days.
More working days for pre-order items.

Can I choose to pick my order up from your store?

Yes, you may, but you will need to call or email us at info@diyanahalik.com to set an appointment. 

Unpaid orders that are not claimed within three (3) days, after the order is placed will be cancelled.

Key in the unique reference number provided into the Track and Trace box. 

Which address should I ship my parcel to?

If you are a working woman, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like PosLaju operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.

If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office to you or sent back to us.
